This mixed-use high-rise building utilizes intermingled spaces and passive ventilation to build direct connections to the landscape of Salt Lake City. It considers the dynamic concepts of exchanging ideas and experiences through vertical scale. Designed in collaboration with Brian Pierce.

This mixed-use high-rise mixed-use building redefines the relationship between the built environment and the natural world, creating a dynamic and interconnected urban ecosystem. Inspired by the idea of exchanges—cultural, social, or environmental—the building is designed as a hub for interaction and collaboration. Drawing inspiration from the rich social and cultural interactions in urban environments, the project is designed to foster community and connection through the interplay of public and private spaces. The design features a series of interlinked volumes that create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, while the building's structural system provides a robust and reliable framework for this vibrant and innovative urban space.
